Catherine is a licensed massage therapist with over 14 years of hands-on experience within the medical field, fitness community and spa industry. She specializes in a more customized approach using Swedish, hot stone, prenatal, Sports, stretching, cupping, medical massage and more. With her background in the fitness community and as a long time athlete herself, she has personal experience with injury and muscle soreness as well as recovery. She consistently treats each client with her main goal of helping heal their ailments, treat their injuries and to make overall improvements to the way they feel.
